7Replies2 years ago | 2 years agoMAC 5500. Paper error. Hello. When the 'ECG' and 'Rhythm' buttons are pressed, the message 'Paper Error. Reload paper and press 'ECG' and 'Rhythm' to continue printing. Press 'STOP' to cancel printing' appears. What could be the problem and how to repair? The paper is in order.Reply |

There is a response/message at all when the Print button is pressed : Replace paper and print not respond, I try to replace paper and reload the process, but the error is still. I'am sure no problem with paper position, can you tell me how to repair this problem?Reply |

There is no response/message at all when the Print button is pressed. It will print ADULT EKG's with no issues. Any suggestions?Reply |
